Hebrews 10:10-14 (KJV)
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God;
13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
14 For by one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified.
We have been sanctified by Jesus Christ’s one offering of his body on the cross. Under the law that was given to Moses, the priests had to offer many sacrifices. But by Jesus Christ’s one offering of his body on the cross, he has perfected us forever!
Colossians 2:9-10 (WT)
For in him (in Christ) dwells all the fullness of the divine nature bodily, and you are completely filled in him who is the head over every ruler and authority.
